Contoy Island Tour from Holbox

One of the most beautiful tours is Isla Contoy, is located north of Isla Mujeres and two hours by boat.

A protected area with pristine beaches and a very relaxing atmosphere with exceptional beauty. Here sea colors are more vivid and the soft sand invites you to relax while the birds, palm trees, colorfull fishes and the sea.

On this island there is a museum, right where the tour starts, if you want a panoramic view of the site do not hesitate to climb the observatory.

Private Tour Isla Contoy departure Holbox

To visit Isla de Contoy leaving Holbox, we offer a private tour for up to 6 people, the cost is per full boat, the duration of the trip is 7 hours.

The estimated time to get from Holbox to Isla de Contoy is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes by boat, while we advance we will enjoy the beautiful landscape of the coast, crossing Cabo Catoche and skirting the protected natural area, on the way we will see all kinds of of birds in their natural habitat.

The trip will be made in 2 boats, after advancing one mile they will reach a point where another boat will already be waiting for them, after 10 minutes they will arrive at the entrance of the protected area.

We will start by visiting the beautiful island, where there is a museum with the history of the island of Contoy, then you can visit the virgin beaches, take pictures and cool off in this wonderful place, all this for a time of approximately 3 hours.
